Please review these terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit.

2. Payment Terms

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, Zelle, or Venmo. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Late payments may result in suspension of services or forfeiture of the booked date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30–60 days require payment of 50% of the package total. Cancellations within 30 days of the event require full payment. Rescheduling is permitted once at no additional cost, subject to availability.

4. Coverage & Delivery

Event4Ever will deliver edited photos within 4–6 weeks and edited videos within 6–10 weeks of the event date. Express delivery is available as an add-on. All deliverables are provided via private online gallery.

5. Liability

Event4Ever's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, equipment failure, or venue restrictions. In the unlikely event of total equipment failure, we will refund the package fee in full.

6. Image Rights

Event4Ever retains the right to use images and footage for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.

7. Travel & Overtime

Events located more than 50 miles from Avenel, NJ may incur travel fees. Coverage beyond contracted hours is billed at $150–$300 per additional hour.
